Booking terms
These terms apply to workshops and sessions booked on book.grait.io, offered by Mariusz Kreft (grAIt), Al. Płk. Władysława Beliny-Prażmowskiego 14, 31-514 Kraków, Poland, NIP 5882425499 · hi@grait.io. See the imprint.
Booking and payment
- When you reserve a seat, it is held for you and you receive the amount due, your payment reference and payment options (PayPal or Revolut) by email.
- Please pay within 24 hours and put your payment reference in the payment note. If a reserved seat is still unpaid after 24 hours, we may release it after an email reminder.
- Your booking is confirmed when we have received the payment and sent you your ticket by email.
- The price is the one shown when you reserved. Early bird prices apply to the number of seats stated on the event.
- Prices are final prices in euros; any VAT that applies is included. You can get an invoice on request at hi@grait.io.
If you cannot attend
- Up to 48 hours before the start: cancel by email to hi@grait.io and get a full refund.
- Later than 48 hours before the start, or if you don't show up: no refund. You can move to another date of the same workshop if seats are free, or send someone in your place — just tell us their name.
If we change or cancel
If we have to cancel a workshop, you get a full refund of what you paid. If the date or time changes, we tell you by email and you can choose a refund instead.
At the workshop
Bring your own laptop. Use your own or fictional data for exercises — do not bring confidential company data or other people's personal data. Workshop results are yours to keep and use.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract.
